A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel Dezhavyu Hotel is located in Savino. This hotel is located nearby from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Park Uritsky, Qolsarif Mosque and Kazan Kremlin.

Расположение

Приехали. Света нет. Лифт не работает. Консьержа нет. Все носил сам на 7 этаж. Горничных после 16 нет, если что-то пролил например в кровать - это твои проблемы. В целом видимо был хороший комплекс, но сейчас в него не вкладываются и он устал.

Великолепное расположение, прекрасные номера, невероятный вид из окна, красивый сам по себе отель.

Самая большая проблема, как для инвалида - не работающий лифт. Все остальное: ощущение общей запущенности, постоянно что-то отваливается, не слишком чисто - все это не так важно... И еще очень шумно, но это из-за специфики моего номера, окна которого выходили на вентиляционную систему.

Чистые и уютные номера. Качественный дизайн номеров.

Не понравилось СПА. Совершенно не соответствует 5 *. В душевых нет средств для мытья, вокруг бассейна, душевых кабинок - лужи, в Хамам нет воды для ополаскивается скамеек, приходится садиться на грязную. Не блещут чистотой и остальные парилки. В бассейне волосы плавают.

Наш номер убирали примерно в 11 часов, это удобно, т.к мы в это время катались. Все одноразовые принадлежности восполняют без доп запроса

Дорогие цены и ограниченный выбор блюд в ресторане. В помещении джакузи неприятный запах, возможно слабо работает вентиляция

Выход из отеля на лыжный склон.

Цена в ресторане завышена. При заселении в номере были неисправны сейф и смыв унитаза, некоторые элементы шкафов для одежды и вещей находились в состоянии, требующем ремонта.
