Недалеко от Питера, лес, озера, есть где погулять,бюджетный ценник

Полное отсутствие звукоизоляции в номерах. Нигде нет информации, что база используется как детский лагерь. На верхний этаж заселили группу детей, до полуночи и с 7 утра до отьезда этот неконтролируемый табун скакал над головой, выспаться не удалось. Если уже заселяете группы детей, селите их в отдельный корпус хотя бы

База находится в живописном месте , рядом красивый лес для прогулок , можно покататься на лыжах ,ватрушках и просто подышать свежем воздухом.Рядом карьеры, летом можно покупаться и покататься на сапах. На территории есть кафе, горка для катания на ватрушках и детская площадка для маленьких детей. Инвентарь можно взять на прокат.Можно забронировать баню. Очень красивое место , хочется вернуться ,но только летом ! Хотелось бы ,чтобы сотрудники базы были отзывчивые и бережно относились к гостям!!!

Мы проживали в доме N6, дом уставший, уже требует обновления. Дом был плохо убран. Как будто только поменяно белье и вынесен мусор. Мы отдыхали зимой , когда приехали в доме было холодно, полы очень холодные , без теплых тапок не обойтись. Беда с посудой. Обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего. Проснулись рано утром от жуткого холода! В деревне ,где находится база отдыха отключили электричество и воду. Дом очень быстро остыл , а генератор сотрудники базы так и не смогли запустить. Так как в доме электрическая плитка , не смогли даже нормально позавтракать. Сотрудники базы никак не проявили себя ,лишь предложили чайник горячий воды из кафе. Электричество так и не дали , а администрация не предложили компенсацию за подпорченный отдых или скидку на следующее бронирование.
