The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. In case of delayed check-in, guests are asked to contact the accommodation, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled at 12:00 PM on the day following the day of arrival as a no-show. The cost of an extra bed for children: Children under 2 years old stay free of charge without extra bed. Surcharge for children aged 2-3 years — RUB 1000.00. Surcharge for children aged 3–5 years — RUB 1150.00. Children over the age of 5 will be accommodated in an extra bed at the price of an adult — RUB 1350.00. In case of booking for close check-in dates and no payment has been made, a deposit will be withheld from guests until funds are received.
