LOFT studii Flat 9 is located in Sirius, not far from the city center. Nearby are the Olympic Park, Sochi Park, Singing Fountains, Imeretinsky Resort railway station, cafes, pharmacies, canteens, bakeries, rental spots, and shops.

Flat features

Guests are offered a flat in a building located next to the swimming pool. On the first floor, there is a kitchen, dining area, and bathroom; on the second floor, there are two bedrooms. The apartment accommodates up to 3 guests and offers two double beds.

The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking: a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware.

The bathroom features a shower cabin, washbasin, hairdryer, shelves, mirror, and washing machine.

Towels and bed linen are provided for guests. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a safe, and IP TV.

From 09:00 AM to 11:00 PM, guests can use the heated swimming pool with water temperature of 30-35°C year-round, as well as a barbecue area with a gazebo, a sunbathing area with loungers, a children's playground, video-monitored parking, high-speed Wi-Fi up to 700 Mbps, and IP TV with movies and series — all free of charge.

A Russian steam bath is available for an additional fee.

There is a terrace with a pool view at the entrance.
