Apartments of various categories are available for booking: from studios equipped with everything necessary to Luxury apartments of Luxury categories. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The price includes access to the gym, which is open around the clock, scheduled yoga classes, and use of the lounge area located on the 17th floor. A concept pool with panoramic sea and mountain views is also available on the equipped rooftop. The pool is seasonal, not heated, 60 cm deep. There is also a fitness complex, a sports ground with equipment for basketball, football, volleyball, badminton, lawn and small tennis. Monday is a sanitary day, and visiting the roof is not available.

For younger guests, the complex has two playgrounds, and upon request, everything necessary for toddlers is provided free of charge: a cot, a stroller, and a high chair. Pets are allowed in the apartment for an additional fee. For the convenience of the guests, an individual breakfast service is organized in the apartments according to the "menu-order" system. In summer, there is a free shuttle service to the beach. A covered guarded parking is available for guests by car for an additional fee.
