Место отличное. Первая линия у моря. Красивейшая территория самого отеля.

Ну это конечно совсем не "пятерка". Номер очень "поживший": царапины по всей мебели (не знаю, что с ней делали), треснутая плитка, отклеивающиеся обои, хром на сантехнике облез, на потолке потёки. Убирают номер плохо: так и не поняла логику, какой мусор подберут и выбросят, а какой оставят. Посуду не промывают. Также не понравилось, что горничная после уборки виллы шла к нам под окна (номер на первом этаже, окна "в пол") на улице, садилась промывать тряпку и ведра. В "пятизвёздочном" отеле, я считаю, такое недопустимо. Мне зачем был этот вид на "пятую точку" уборщицы? Отдельное недоумение косметическим средствам: тюбики запаяны защитной мембраной настолько "намертво", что открываются после нескольких минут мучений и сломанных ногтей. Неужели отель 5* не может подобрать нормального поставщика?

Расположение и красивая территория

Честные 4 звезды, а не 5. В номере при заселении были волосы на дверной петле и грязное зеркало, на дне бассейна земля.

Хорошее расположение, просторный номер.

Общее впечатление испортил, в первую очередь, ремонт. Ожидала более высокое качество ремонта, номерам явно требуется обновление. Отклеиваются обои и отваливаются стеновые панели, держатся еле как на клей пистолете. В санузле не закреплен переключатель положений душа, разбита плитка. Мини-бар отсутствует. Во время пребывания отключили на несколько часов горячую воду, заранее не предупредили, самостоятельно не сообщили об отключении, только после моего звонка на ресепшен по факту сказали о неисправности, пришлось корректировать свои планы.

Отдыхали в данном отеле с 15 по 19 сентября 2025 года уже не в первый раз. Заселили очень быстро , номер в вилле отличный - все есть, очень чисто , уборка ежедневная отличная ! Всего хватало ! Горничные и сотрудники очень внимательные. Как всегда - шикарная ухоженная территория! В целом - все замечательно !

Не понравились завтраки : не подают шампанское ( в 5 * отелях не в первый раз отдыхаем - удивились - что его не было ) . Поясню- до прихода Чай Ханы - завтраки были лучше и было шампанское . В одно утро был момент: стоишь с тарелкой пустой: есть нечего . Да - каши , яичница - это все присутствует. Приятно также что рыбка была каждый день , но в целом завтраки ну совсем не на 5* !
