The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel will have an outdoor heated swimming pool from December 30, 2024 to January 12, 2025. Children under 12 years old can stay on an extra bed for an additional fee of RUB 1000.00 per day, payment is made at the hotel. The hotel has a refundable deposit system as compensation for any damage caused by pets during their stay. The deposit is returned to the guest if no damage is found during the room inspection on the day of check-out. The hotel charges an additional fee of RUB 5000.00 for up to three nights, and then RUB 1000.00 per day (subject to agreement with hotel management) for pets staying with each day of the stay. This fee also includes final cleaning upon check-out.
