Location

Emigrant Guest House is located in Sochi, in the center of Lazarevskoye, close to the Bagration beach and the Psezuapse River. The sea is within walking distance. The area is characterized by natural landscapes and climate conditions suitable for recreation. Tourist infrastructure is located nearby.

At the guest house

The property includes a heated swimming pool, a children’s playground, a barbecue area, and a dining hall serving Russian and Eastern cuisine. Daily film screenings and animated programs are organized for guests. A 4-hour children’s animation program is available and includes active games, creative activities, and board games. The guest house consists of two buildings. The first building includes 9 cottage-type flats, as well as the swimming pool, playground, and barbecue area. The second building is within walking distance of the first and includes 9 comfort-class flats and a dining hall on the ground floor. Guests staying in the second building use the swimming pool and barbecue area located in the cottage-type section. A bar with drinks and desserts operates on the ground floor. Assistance with railway station transfers is available by arrangement, and airport transfers are provided at an additional cost. Baby equipment is available upon request, and excursions can be arranged.

Each of the 18 flats includes a TV, a safe, a hair dryer, air conditioning, a mini-fridge, an electric kettle with tea supplies, and toiletries. All flats are non-smoking; a separate smoking area is provided.
