The hotel is located in the border zone — for check-in guests need Russian passports, birth certificates for children, guests must first contact the facility to get a pass. Guests must have a car of at least an SUV with all-wheel drive, as the road to the glamping is not suitable for cars with low ground clearance. Guests can use the free shuttle.
