Important information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.
The apartments offer independent contactless check-in according to instructions. Guests must first contact the apartment representative at the phone number specified in the booking confirmation via WhatsApp or Telegram messengers by message from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Moscow time), calls are not accepted.
The apartment will be prepared for the number of guests specified during booking. If a child needs a separate bed, bed linen, towels, the child is indicated as a separate guest.
The deposit is paid to a bank card before check-in to the apartment. It is also returned to the bank card in full on the day of departure after the end of cleaning under the following conditions: compliance with the rules of accommodation, complete safety of property, no compensatory cases, no need to dry-clean furniture, remove odors and replace textiles.
Deducted from the deposit: cost of bed linen and towels with permanent stains, cost of dry cleaning, odor removal, any repair work due to the guest's fault, RUB 500.00 for dirty dishes, food, groceries left behind, RUB 500.00 for a dirty oven, RUB 300.00 for garbage left behind, RUB 1000.00 for a 15-30 minute delay in cleaning after check-out.
For any violation of the rules of residence specified in the description, including smoking, unauthorized late check-out, accommodation of more guests than stated, accommodation with animals, delay in cleaning after check-out for more than half an hour, a fine in the amount of the deposit is withheld.
The nearest bus stop is Mamaika. From the stop, guests need to walk along the river, after the barrier, turn right into the yard. Access to the entrance is by an individual intercom code. The apartment has a safe with keys.
