Komfortloo Living quarters are located in the resort village of Loo in Sochi. A pebble beach, supermarkets, a market, souvenir shops, cafes, restaurants, beaches, and the Loo Arena sports complex are all within walking distance. The AquaLoo family water park is 3.7 km from the furnished rooms. The train station is 0.9 km away, and Sochi Airport is 40 km away.

Komfortloo Living quarters features tables and an equipped shared kitchen where guests can prepare meals. A barbecue area is also available.
