The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. The renovation of the spa complex will begin on July 1, 2025, with completion of the work tentatively scheduled for December 15, 2025. If the name of the guests does not match at the time of booking, including the card details for payment, with the name of the visiting guests, the accommodation will not be provided to the arrivals. Guests are kindly requested to inform them in advance of their expected arrival time.
