The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Children under 5 years old without an extra bed — free of charge. Additionally paid: Russian wood-fired sauna (the price includes: sheets, towels, sauna hats, tea accessories, tea), a broom — for an additional fee. The sauna is open from 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM (orders are accepted at least 2 hours before the desired time). Pets up to 3 kg are allowed (upon agreement). The administrator provides information and helps to order: food delivery, excursions, horseback riding, yoga classes, transfers, etc.
