Трансфер преследует только свои личные меркантильные интересы, не учитывая индивидуальные особенности клиентов. Обязывают приобретать ски-пас по завышенной цене, хотя у клиентов есть льготы. В противном случае отказывают в поездке.Это безобразие!

Все великолепно и шикарно. За цену в двое дешевле,так как решили отдохнуть перед 15 декабря, до сезона горнолыжного и Новогодних праздников. Тишина, чистота. Персонал вежливый, спокойный, радостный,приветливый. Люкс 50м2- несколько комнат, 2 санузла,хататы, тапочки= все на месте.Вообщем VIP отдых. В ресторане новые красивые панно, никаких запахов кухни, светло и все сверкает чистотой.

Пропал мой любимый вишневый сок RICH и поменяли приветственную музыку на другую, хотелось бы старую...Больше никаких ПрЕтЕнЗиЙ!!!!!

Номер Студио с панорамными окнами. Комната с кроватью отдельно, диван тоже отдельно. Удобно приехать с ребёнком. Симпатичный бассейн, 3 бани. Завтраки обильные, но без изысков! Если думаете, что отель Делюкс-не ждите-люкса там нет!

Доплата за размещение ребёнка 2000- это прям дорого! Неудобная дорога до моря, с коляской вдоль дороги, далее по Олимпийскому парку. Идти 30 минут. По жаре, наверное, тяжело идти. Гоняют по трассе Формула 1, иногда шумно. Отель не де люкс вообще. Кофе не из кофемашины-это не уровень 4 звёзд! Хотя номера хорошие
