Guests staying in the Start building can use the Yug Sport infrastructure and access the sports facilities—a stadium, outdoor playgrounds, gyms, multi-purpose gyms — as well as a sailing center, beach, and outdoor swimming pool. The building has its own gated area. The hotel's complete renovation was completed in January 2016.
