Location

Tropicheskaya Villa is located in Sochi, in the Khosta area, close to the beaches. There are many beaches with large pebbles located 2.5 km along the coastline. There is a bus stop nearby that provides access to the beaches. On the beaches guests can rent sun beds, umbrellas, swings under a canopy. There is a playground, a cafe and sports equipment rental on the nearest beach Cote d'Azur. There is a cafe with a veranda and a children's room above the beach. The ski resorts of Krasnaya Polyana are within transport accessibility.

At the villa

For the convenience of guests, there are 3 bedrooms, a living room and a panoramic seating area overlooking the sea and mountains. The furniture is made of natural solid wood.

For the convenience of guests, the villa has a TV with Yandex TV and a sofa that folds out into a bed. The bedroom has panoramic glazing, a solid wood bed, a wardrobe and a private bathroom. In one guest room there are two single beds that can be combined into one double bed. The second guest room has a sofa that can be converted into a double bed.

The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking: dishes, cutlery, household appliances, including an oven and a dishwasher.

Guests also have access to a panoramic area with a seating area and a barbecue area surrounded by mountains and a view of the sea. Bananas, tangerines, and figs grow in the private garden.
