Обслуживание,заселились раньше времени даже )меняли мусорные мешки в номере,туалетную бумагу выдавали каждый день. На этаже кулер,микроволновка

Мы были с полуторагодовалым ребенком и нас заселили на 4 этаж 😒 При бронировании нельзя выбрать этаж,но мне кажется ,могли бы тогда по факту предложить доплатить и номер хотя бы до второго этажа,с малышом тяжеловато несколько раз в день туда сюда подниматься И номер при бронировании был на фото другой,наш был очень староват

В целом всё было хорошо. Номер - как на фото, расположение - супер.

Не совсем вина отеля.. В общем, проживание пришлось на ночь атаки беспилотников и громких взрывов. Наша психика это пережила, а вот психика собачки за стеной - нет. Животное бесновалось несколько часов, так что уснуть не удалось ))) Но это - форс-мажор, понимаем. В целом гостевой дом рекомендуем!
