Location

Valentina Villa is located in Sochi, surrounded by nature and fresh air, between the seaside and mountain ski resorts. Both the Black Sea and Krasnaya Polyana can be reached by car. The national cuisine restaurant Amshensky Dvor is 300 m away, and a shop and public transport stop are 100 m from the villa, providing access to the airport, train station, Olympic Park, Sochi Park, and the city center. In front of the villa, there is a trout farm where guests can enjoy nature, rare birds, and sunsets. The entrance to the trout farm is 200 m from the villa. The courtyard area is shared with two other villas.

At the villa

Guests have access to a 100 sq.m villa with two bedrooms, a studio, and two bathrooms. There are storage areas for ski equipment and a gated parking lot (one space per villa) for three cars, suitable for families and groups. The year-round heated pool and barbecue area provide opportunities to relax outdoors. Wi-Fi is available in the villa.

The villa features renovations and furnished interiors. For guest comfort, there is underfloor heating, an electric stove, shower cabins in the bathrooms, a capsule coffee machine, air conditioners in every room and the studio, a TV with multiple channels, a hairdryer, tea, and a daily complimentary capsule coffee. Sound insulation is ensured with membrane-protected walls, double-sided soundproofing, and aluminum windows.
