The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Guest must make a prepayment of 30% of the booking cost. An administrator of the hotel will contact guest after booking to inform him about ways of making the prepayment. The prepayment must be paid in 10 days after receiving of requisites. Free cancelation of the booking is possible no later than 30 days before arrival. Booking without the prepayment may be canceled. Free parking is available under request. Cots for children 1,5–3 years old are available and their cost is 500 rubles per day (requires a preliminary inquiry). There is a discount of 50% of the adult placement for children 3–12 years old who stays at additional space (requires a preliminary inquiry). Safes are available at extra costs.
