The house has two entrances, the second one leads directly to the veranda with a seating area for privacy. The house has one isolated bedroom, a second bedroom on the attic floor, a living room combined with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a second light. Underfloor heating throughout the first floor.

There is a barbecue area with lighting. A shuttle service is available for an additional fee.

The house is located on the same territory with another private house at a remote distance. The house is located in a dead end, there is no transit road along the site. There is a sauna in the neighboring house, which can be rented by appointment.
