The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Accommodation with animals weighing up to 10 kg is allowed. If the guest is settled with a pet, an additional fee is provided. Guide dogs and service dogs are accommodated free of charge. Animals can be placed only if there are special accompanying unified documents from the veterinary service. For accommodation with animals, you need ammunition for a walk: a muzzle, bowls, a couch, as well as hygiene bags, absorbent diapers or a tray. When checking in with pets, the guest leaves a deposit in the amount of 5000.00 RUB for each pet. According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them).
