Номер чистый, убираются каждый день. Хозяин дружелюбный.

Цена-качество. На островке не достоверная информация. Если бы знали что идет стройка, то не остановились бы в этом отеле. И вопросы больше не к отелю, а к островку. Вы умышленно не даете инфо по соответствию.
