The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. The front desk is open until 21:00. Early check-in is possible if the apartment is vacant and clean. Guests need to inform the property manager about leaving the apartment. Late check-in after 09:00 PM is charged additionally RUB 500.00. The property does not have a reception desk, so guests must call the property manager 2 hours before arrival at the number given in the reservation.
