The location is good, hotel on the second floor and a bar downstairs. I can see aurora on my arrival outside the hotel! The hygiene is good since the cleaning lady clean every now and then. But no showering amenities，no shampoo and shower gel. Two Siberian Husky which is kinda good to have companions

Almost 0 communication and service from the hotel. A hotel girl trapped in the snow coz chasing aurora at midnight, I called police but language barrier. The hotel reception lady refused to help us even someone is dying, she also refused help to call police, and she cursed me of waking her up for help, and finally went back to sleep instead…. She neglected people’s life, being cold and cruel to people dying… I can’t imagine what on earth would have such demon existing… Luckily I found some countries fellows and a local man from outside and we rescued the girl at the end! If there is punishment, I hope to punish the hotel lady! I can’t imagine if the girl died, is the lady responsible and criticized
