Check in went smoothless, close to Kremlin, breakfast buffet is superb and rooms are nice & warm. On my next trip I would definitely stay here again!

В целом, номер неплох, персонал приветливый, выдали обогреватель, т.к. в номере было холодно. Завтрак сытный, без роскошеств, но вкусно и сытно. Кровать удобная, можно выспаться. Есть шампунь, кондиционер для волос, гель для душа и лосьон. Вид из номера был красивый - на площадь и церковь. Интересный интерьер ресторана:)

Хотя в номере стоят таблички, что нельзя курить, в ванной сильно тянет табаком, шторка и полотенца сильно пахнут табаком. Ванна не герметично прилегает к стене, поэтому, когда принимаешь душ, на полу образуется потоп. Одеяло положили полуторку на двухспальную кровать (нам было некритично, но для кого-то будет очень неудобно). Стены в номере картонные, звукоизоляции никакой: слышно даже, что в соседнем номере отвечает собеседник по телефону, что уж говорить про голоса гостей. Половина розеток не работала, в одной из розеток отходили контакты. Ну и в целом в номере зимой холодно, очень маленькая батарея на номер с панорамным окном. Шкаф не полностью закрывался: или странная конструкция, или не хватало одной двери...
