Important information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Pets allowed:
Animals that are placed in the hotel: cats, dogs, birds in cages.
What to take with you:
- a current certificate from a veterinarian with a mark on vaccinations (required)
- mat or cage, food dish and tray
- muzzle, collar, leash
Upon check-in, guests must read the Rules for Guests with Pets and put a signature confirming acceptance of these rules.
Accommodation cost:
Animal accommodation is charged separately, the cost must be checked with the hotel administration. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. This money is spent on general cleaning with special treatment after guests leave the hotel.
Upon arrival, guests also need to pay a security deposit of 5000.00 RUB, in case the pet damages something. The deposit is fully refundable upon departure, if this does not happen.
Rules for staying with pets:
- During your stay, please use the special Pet Friendly sign on the room door
- We are very grateful when you feed animals from their favorite dishes that you bring with you.
- Do not leave pets unattended in the room, lobby or hotel grounds.
- Please do not wash animals in the bathroom or shower of the room and do not dry them with towels, sheets and bed linen of the hotel. Take your pet care supplies with you.
- We are grateful when you walk your pets outside the hotel. So it always remains clean and beautiful for you and other guests.
- In public areas, the pet must be muzzled and on a leash or in a special carrier.
- The hotel will ask for an additional payment for damage to other guests or hotel staff and for damage to hotel property by animals, if this occurs.
- The hotel will not be able to allow a pet to stay in the hotel if it behaves aggressively towards guests and staff.
How to book a place for an animal:
In the comments to the booking, indicate the type, weight and breed of the animal so that the hotel team prepares for its arrival.
