Important information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

The hotel is located on the territory of the railway station, opposite the railway tracks, the entrance to the hotel is through the checkpoint of the station.
If guests plan to check-in after 00:00, then the hotel must be notified in advance by phone, and the receptionist will open the door.
Guests of NEO Tuapse have the opportunity to leave their luggage in the luggage room free of charge before check-in. After the eviction, the service is provided for an additional fee.
The hotel does not allow accommodation with wild animals or animals that pose a potential danger to human life and health.
Guide dogs serving the needs of people with disabilities are allowed to stay at no extra charge.
Accommodation with dogs:
1. Animals that are allowed to live with include only small dogs of non-fighting breeds. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accommodate a guest with an animal.
2. Pets are allowed if the guest purchases an entire room.
3. The guest must have with him a special carrier (cage) for the animal and a special rug for its sleeping. It is prohibited to leave the animal unattended and outside of a special carrier (cage).
4. To feed the animal, the guest must bring special dishes with him.
5. To satisfy the natural needs of the animal that do not require walking, the guest is required to bring with him a special tray or other special bedding.
6. Throughout the hotel (corridors, halls, elevators, etc.) and while walking, dogs must be muzzled, collared and on a leash, accompanied by the guest.
7. It is prohibited for dogs to be in the area where food services are provided (restaurant, buffet, etc.).
8. Guests arriving on holiday at the hotel with an animal must have an animal passport and a certificate from a veterinarian indicating all vaccinations given to the pet.
Effective January 1, 2025, a requirement for mandatory consent to the processing of personal data (PD) in the form of a separate document will come into effect.
The previous practice of including this consent in other agreements is unacceptable.
Therefore, the following procedure is being established:
Upon check-in, each guest must receive:
— A completed registration card.
— A separate document — consent to the processing of personal data.
Special conditions apply to:
— Minors.
— Persons recognized as legally incompetent.
