все хорошо, отель чистенький , приятный. номера очень даже ! останавливался с сыном на ночь после автострады. завтрак шведский стол, можно каждому что-то найти по вкусу. все понравилось. расположение - в центр только на такси уже, но это минут 10+/- парковка - есть , но открытая , проходная на улице

такого нет, все понравилось

Просторный и очень чистый номер, отличная ванная комната, чистые мягкие полотенца. Очень приличный разнообразный завтрак по системе шведский стол. Даже кофе из автомата вполне приятный. В целом все очень хорошо, если еще будем в Туле, снова выберем этот отель.

Матрас.. то ли слишком мягкий, то ли местами продавленный, но лежишь как в гамаке. Неудобная подушка. Понятно, что каждому с подушкой не угодишь, но, возможно, имеет смысл класть в номер несколько разных вариантов, чтобы можно было подобрать наиболее удобный для себя. Холодные завтраки. Вот это было обидно. Потому что по разнообразию завтрак 10 из 10, но почему-то почти все холодное.. даже то, что только что вынесли с кухни. Но эти минусы ни в коем случае не испортили общее позитивное впечатление об отеле!

Номер большой, чистый. Есть тапочки.

Есть легкий неприятный запах, по утрам нет горячей воды. В описании указано, что есть баня и бассейн-но это не так.
