The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. There is no elevator in the building. It is recommended to enter the building from the side of the Free Lane. The possibility of accommodation with children under 4 years of age should be agreed upon by contacting the hotel in advance. Cots and meals for children are not provided. Extra beds are only available in Comfort and Deluxe rooms. It is not allowed to bring cats. The facility does not provide its own parking, but there is a paid municipal parking lot across the street. For children under 14 years of age, staying in the Comfort and Deluxe categories, an extra bed can be installed for an additional fee. Breakfast is provided on weekdays from 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM, on weekends from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
