Important information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Rules for living with animals:
— The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accommodate a Guest with an animal.
— Pets are allowed when the Guest purchases the entire room.
— Accommodation with a pet is paid extra.
— The guest must have with him a special carrier (cage) for the animal and a special mat for his sleep. It is forbidden to leave the animal unattended and outside the special carrier (cage).
— The guest must bring special dishes to feed the animal.
— In order to meet the natural needs of the animal, which do not require its walking, the Guest must bring with him a special tray or other special bedding.
— Throughout the hotel: corridors, halls, elevators, etc. and during walking, dogs must be muzzled, collared and on a leash, accompanied by a Guest.
— It is forbidden for dogs to be in the catering area: restaurant, buffet, etc.
— Guests arriving at the hotel with an animal for a vacation must have an animal passport and a certificate from a veterinarian with a note about all vaccinations that were given to the pet.
The hotel does not allow accommodation with wild animals or animals that pose a potential danger to human life and health.
Guide dogs serving the needs of people with disabilities are allowed at no extra charge.
Effective January 1, 2025, a requirement for mandatory consent to the processing of personal data (PD) in the form of a separate document will come into effect.
The previous practice of including this consent in other agreements is unacceptable.
Therefore, the following procedure is being established:
Upon check-in, each guest must receive:
— A completed registration card.
— A separate document — consent to the processing of personal data.
Special conditions apply to:
— Minors.
— Persons recognized as legally incompetent.
