Front desk is open 24/7. Only small dogs of non-fighting breeds are allowed to stay in the hotel. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to accommodate a Guest with an animal. Pets are allowed when the Guest books the whole room. The cost of accommodation for one animal in the Smart Hotel KDO / Smart Hotel is 1000.00 RUB. The guest must have a special carrier (cage) for the animal and a special mat for its sleep. It is forbidden to leave the animal unattended and outside a special carrier (cage). To feed the animal, the Guest must bring special dishes with them. To meet the natural needs of the animal, which do not require its walking, the Guest is obliged to bring a special tray or other special diapers. Throughout the hotel (corridors, halls, elevators, etc.) and during walking, dogs must be muzzled, collared and on a leash, accompanied by a Guest. It is forbidden for dogs to be in the catering area (restaurant, buffet, etc.). Guests arriving at the hotel with an animal on vacation must have an animal passport and a certificate from a veterinarian with a note about all vaccinations that were given to the pet. It is forbidden to stay in the hotel with wild animals or animals that pose a potential danger to guests. At no extra charge, it is allowed to stay with guide dogs that serve the needs of people with disabilities. Effective January 1, 2025, a requirement for mandatory consent to the processing of personal data (PD) in the form of a separate document will come into effect. The previous practice of including this consent in other agreements is unacceptable. Therefore, the following procedure is being established: Upon check-in, each guest must receive: — A completed registration card. — A separate document — consent to the processing of personal data.
