Персонал вежливый. Один раз попросили поменять постель экстренно все норм. Бассейн но холодный, балкончик норм. Подсветка бассейна. Батут и хоть какая то спорт площадка.

Постель меняется раз в 3-4 дня, накидки на постель была очень короткая на край, постель пачкалась сразу, мыло и шампунь одноразовые были только 1 раз. Интернет в Витязево ужасный (билайн), думали хотя бы в отеле будет но там слишком слабый. У постели острые углы царапались часто. Стирка платная 350р раз. Паутина на балконе не собирается, стекла не протираются. Бассейн только до 10 вечера, чистят его от букашек жильцы. Указывали ребенка в итоге при завтраке он не числился, якобы ребенок без завтрака. Завтрак можно получше, каждый день одно и тоже.
