The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel welcomes guests all year round. From 25 September to 31 May the hotel offers a rate of Accommodation + Breakfast. In the period from 01 June to 25 September the hotel operates on Full Board and Half Board Buffet (3 main meals, 2 intermediate meals. Champagne for breakfast). Payment for tours or prepayment should be made within 2 banking days from the moment of confirmation, in summer season - payment within 1 day, otherwise the tour will be cancelled by the hotel without warning. Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited. Children up to 5 years inclusive (1 child) without a place with meals are accommodated free of charge. The use of own food and beverages in public areas of the hotel is prohibited. In case of less than 20 people staying at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to change the type of meals to portion menu with the same price. Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival. The first night's stay will be deducted for cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival.
