The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. From 06.15.2024, there will be a temporary lack of hot water in the city. Children's breakfast is not included in the stay. The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at the time of service, check-in, or check-out. Breakfast fee: between RUB 180.00 and RUB 250.00 per person (approximately).
