The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. If the reservation is not prepaid and check-in is after 06:00 PM, the reservation is canceled. Economy rooms have one and a half beds 120 cm wide. When placed on an extra bed, bed linen and other accessories are provided for a fee: 1000.00 RUB per set for an adult, 350.00 RUB for a child. The hotel door closes automatically at 9 PM.
