Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Guests must provide a passport upon check-in. During the summer season (July, August) there is little cold water pressure in the apartment. During evening peak hours there is no cold, only hot. Guests are asked to plan their trip taking into account this feature of the accommodation. Only one pet is allowed. There are restrictions on the weight and height of the pet, the details must be clarified in advance with the administrator of the facility.
