I fell sick and had to rebook for a few days. I had two bags of trash and all my towels were dirty and I was out of toiletries. My room was not cleaned once. I understand it likely was to protect staff from also getting sick, but I needed certain things done and when I removed the "do not disturb" sign from the door, they skipped my room for cleaning. There's also no tea facilities in the room, and the stolovaya on compound was less than impressive.
