The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Same day check-in requests are accepted only at least 4 hours before guests' check-in. The accommodation price is for 2 people, each subsequent guest is paid additionally — RUB 1000.00. The house is designed for 4 adult guests. One child up to 4-5 years old is allowed to stay in a double bed with adults. The price of the house includes the following: a fire pit with hanging swings and Kentucky chairs; a gazebo with rattan furniture and curtains from the sun and rain; a barbecue (grate and skewers are included); a tennis table Only small breeds of animals are allowed, up to 10 kg, and taking into account that guests will clean up after their pet. The surcharge will be RUB 1000.00. The house is rented only with a bathhouse or vat, or as a complex. An exception is multi-day bookings (subject to agreement). The cost of a vat with firewood is RUB 5000.00, decorating the vat with conifers and citrus — RUB 1500.00, bathhouse — RUB 5000.00. Independent decoration of the vat is prohibited. Coals and kindling are provided for a fee of RUB 400.00. There are no noise restrictions. Check-in is carried out with a passport with the signing of a lease agreement. The deposit is returned if there are no violations. Free cancellation of the reservation is possible no later than 5 days before arrival, otherwise the prepayment is non-refundable. Smoking inside the house, living with animals, taking out furniture, using outdoor shoes inside, burning wood in the barbecue, using confetti, crackers, fireworks, adding anything to the vat without approval is prohibited. Receiving guests not specified in the reservation is agreed upon separately. A fine is applied for violating the rules, early departure is possible.
