Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Check-in at the Hotel is possible only on the basis of the original passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation certifying the guest's identity in the territory of the Russian Federation (the original internal passport of the Russian Federation), check-in of children under 14 years old — on the basis of the original birth certificate. In case of no-show or cancellation later than one day before arrival, a penalty of the first night's stay will be charged. All hotel guests are provided with a free general bus transfer from the railway station of the city of Simferopol to the hotel and back. Buses run on schedule. To order a transfer, you must contact the hotel in advance and inform the train number, arrival time and contact phone number. Transfer from the hotel to the railway station must be booked at the hotel at the concierge counter no later than two days before departure. The cost of an extra bed depends on the season and type of food. Guests need to check the cost at the hotel. Extra beds are available for children and adults, based on the conditions of accommodation in a particular room category. At the same time, for children from 4 years old inclusive – free of charge, for children from 5 years old and adults – for an additional fee. The Yalta-Intourist Hotel allows pets (cat or dog) for an additional fee. Accommodation with a pet up to 50 cm high at the withers costs RUB 1000.00. A fee is charged per animal regardless of length of stay. Payment must be made upon check-in at the reception desk. Living with pets with a height at the withers of more than 50 cm is prohibited. To check-in, the owner must present a veterinary passport or veterinary certificate (certificate) for the animal. All rooms of the Yalta-Intourist Hotel have balconies, including rooms located on the territory of Green Park.
