The Grey Villa is located in Yantarny. The designer villa is within walking distance of the sea and the sandy Amber Beach. Nearby are the Yantarnoye Lakes, which used to be the Walter Amber Quarry, the Cross Observatory and the Holy Spring. The distance to the city centre and blue flag beaches, cafes, restaurants, Maurice Becker Park is about 3 km.

At the villa

It is possible to book up to 8 guests, if 7 and 8 guests are accommodated on a sofa bed. At guests' disposal: Wi-Fi. Smart TV. Air conditioning. Electric fireplaces. Underfloor heating throughout the house. The first bedroom has a double bed 160x200 cm, air conditioning, electric fireplace, TV; the second bedroom has a double sofa bed 140x200 cm, coffee table, air conditioning, TV.

The eat-in kitchen is equipped with: fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, kettle, toaster, glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, pans, pots, tea and coffee. It also has: a dining table, a double sofa bed 140x200 cm, air conditioning, TV, electric fireplace, access to a covered terrace. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a shower cubicle, towels, hairdryer, toiletries: soap, shampoo, shower gel. There is a technical room in the villa: washing machine, dryer; and a dressing room: iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels.

Guests have at their disposal an enclosed terrace with a decorative fireplace, a dining area for 6 people, a sitting area and a barbecue. There is also a gazebo with swings, a coffee table, a fireplace, 2 loungers, parking for 2 cars and 2 bicycles.
