Location

Enjoy Flat is located in Zelenogradsk, in the Residence residential complex. The beaches of Zapadny and Malinovka are within walking distance from the flat. At the beaches there are: deckchairs, wooden decks, shower and changing cabins, toilets, lifeguard towers and playgrounds. Next to the flat there is the Konig Surf Club surf school, a 20 km cycle path along the coast, bike and scooter hire. For a fee, guests can use the outdoor spa complex with heated pool and sun loungers near the flat. Cafes, bars, restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

At the flat

The flat can accommodate up to 4 guests. Guests have access to a guarded, gated area with free parking. Guests have at their disposal: a double bed 160x200 with orthopaedic mattress and bed linen; a sofa bed for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, extractor hood, electric hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and toaster. The flat also has a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a large shower, toiletries and a hairdryer. Other amenities include a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer and air conditioning. A shuttle service from the airport can be arranged for an additional fee.
