S Vykhodom Na Plyazh Eden Island Villa is situated on Eden Island, in a secure, gated community connected by bridge to Mahe Island. The international airport and the capital, Victoria, are within easy driving distance. A nearby mall offers shops, cafes, and restaurants.

At the villa

Guests of the complex have access to a gym, tennis and padel courts, a supermarket, private marina, and four beaches.

The villa features a private swimming pool and a spacious outdoor terrace with sun loungers, a lounge area, a dining table, and a barbecue. The terrace offers direct access to a white sandy beach.

Two golf carts are available for guests to explore the island. Private driver transfers can be arranged upon request.

Room amenities

The villa has four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and direct access to a terrace with views of the Indian Ocean or the surrounding islands. The interior features light colors, high ceilings and open-plan living spaces filled with light and air. The villa offers a living room combined with a dining area and two fully equipped kitchens with a coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and a full set of kitchenware. There is a separate laundry area.

Each bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and Wi‑Fi is available throughout the villa. Housekeeping is provided every three days, with extra cleaning available on request. A baby cot and extra bed can be provided upon request.
