In the morning, have a cup of coffee while looking at the city from the window. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the cottage. Places nearby: Finkenstein Castle, Faakersee and University of Klagenfurt.

Want to be always on-line? Wi-Fi is available. If you travel by car, there’s a parking zone. Also, the following services are available for guests at the cottage: a massage room. Sports fans will be able to enjoy a mini-golf area.

The following services are available At the cottage for winter sports fans: a skiing area. You can take your pet with you for the journey. Pets are allowed. The staff of the cottage will order a transfer for you. At the guests’ disposal, there’s also a laundry, dry cleaning, private check-in and check-out and ironing.
