Захлопнулась дверь, ключи остались в замке внутри. Вызвали сотрудника за открытие двери взяли 50 евро. Это раз. Посуда была грязная, просто не мытая. Это два. И очень не хватило тапочек, простых одноразовых. А так, все ок)
