Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property provides 30 kilowatts of electricity per day, free of charge. Any exceeding usage will be charged at THB 5 per kilowatt. Please note that rates are not inclusive of a use consumption from weekly and monthly booking.
