In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. The villa requires prepayment via bank transfer or PayPal. Guests will receive a direct email from the villa within 48 hours of booking with the bank details or PayPal link. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once the email is received.Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 8 per unit. A security deposit of THB 15000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
