Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 24 hours of booking with instructions.To confirm the reservation booked longer than 60 days before the arrival, a 30% deposit is required within 48 hours once email is received.For bookings made within the 60 day-period of the arrival, the full payment is required within 48 hours. A damage deposit of THB 15000 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
