Important information
Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).
Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.
Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival.

Water and electricity are billed according to meters. Rates are THB 7.00 per kilowatt and THB 50.00 per cubic meter, respectively.
The apartments are currently for sale. In rare cases, no more than once a week, the apartment manager may ask to arrange a convenient time for a brief viewing of the property. All viewings are carried out strictly by prior arrangement and only at a time that is comfortable for the guests.
For the security of property, guests are advised not to leave personal valuables on open surfaces in the house. Guests are requested to store documents, money, jewelry, electronics, and other valuables exclusively in the safes provided on the premises. The property management is not responsible for the safety of any belongings left outside the safe.
An additional fee applies for a manager's visit in cases where assistance with access to the property is required, for example, if a key is left inside, lost, or the door is locked in such a way that guests cannot enter:
THB 1000.00 — from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM;
THB 2000.00 — from 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM.
