Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of THB 12000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property requires a prepayment via PayPal. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the PayPal link. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 5 per unit. Please be informed that the rates are inclusive of the following services: • Cleaning once a week (Additional cleaning services may be requested for an extra charge) • Maintenance of the swimming pool and garden • Drinking water and water usage fees • Towels and bed linen An early check-in and late check-out can be arranged (subject to availability) upon request for an additional charge.
