good location (25 min by taxi from airport) and beautiful hotel area. room was of a good size, with a sea view. comfortable bed. walk-in shower. all toiletries. always enough towels.

coffee was tasteless. would be nice to have a real turkish kahve or better coffee machine

Food's quality was good. There was no vast choice but quality was good. Lunch started at 12.30 (it was a breakfast for us). Interesting beach with clean water. Not so crowded. Water slides and small playground, table tennis. SPA and gym. In general quite quiet hotel.

No information about the hotel were provided upon arrival, i.e. hotel's map, where to find what. The territory is not so big but anyway such kind of information is always very appreciated. Our room was quite dirty. During our stay (8 nights) linens were changed only once and ONLY for 1 bed, linens for the second bed were NOT changed. Dirty walls in a bathroom, looks like basin and toilet were not cleaned during the whole our stay. Floor wasn't cleaned at all. Terribly dirty windows (there was a small space on the window that had been cleaned just in the middle and all other part of the window was so grey that you could hardly see the street. Reception staff was polite but didn't solve any issues at all. But the most frustraiting thing was when you came for a meal and have to find cutlery by yourself. No waiters helped to serve a table, no drinks were offered, nothing. Since there were no balcony in our room we could hardly find a place to dry our clothes. Small drying rack could have solved the problem, but the hotel didn't have it. There were no hooks in a bathroom, one small towel holder didn't help at all.

Nice location, directly by the sea

The room was clean, and the housekeping staff was friendly and do their job really Nice. The restaurant people and one of the animation team was also Nice.

Contact with the reception and the customer in this hotel, is the most worst i never have meet. They want us to call back and ask for a another person everytime, and when we call back the person is not there. Arrange of the birthday to my sister was not done like planned. So reception and phone service is terrible! The spa and Hamar was also terrible. We want to be 3 alone, and they take us in with an another man. They also want us to Lie down behind the person without any coronameter. 2 of use was ok with the hamamjob, but the 3rd was not. This girl who do this job- was not professional. And the boss of spa are really Ruud. She try to be right all the time, and say that she try to help, but she is not helping like what I want. (Turrible and bot corona friendly)

Great place to stay, I had a great time staying Expensive but Great food Very clean, and beds are very Comfortable They do great job cleaning I know I gave all stars for this but just have one issue, it could be just me but when it comes color person they got treated little different like less

How they treat color person meaning black people. On Valentine’s Day everyone was walking the breakfast they had a person standing there handing flower to everyone. And when I was walking in the person infront of me got it and the lady who was handing the flower looked at me and gave the flower the person behind me. Than I was in the line for the food the guy who was handing the food to everyone asked the person behind me what they want and ignored me. I sent email about that issue but I never got any respond

Everything, it was nice but only the gym didn’t work.

Прекрасный персонал, владеющий даже русским языком. Неплохие алкогольные коктейли. Отличная еда. Вид со скалы. Многоуровневые ландшафт и места для отдыха.

Отсутствие пляжа. При отсутствии волнения можно купаться с лестницы, если умеете плавать или имеете надувные средства для купания.
